Meeting the Assistant of the Consul General of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine Mr. John Armstrong with Donetsk students and users of the Donetsk Regional Scientific Library named after N. K. Krupskaya.
Mr. Armstrong provided for the information concerning
the process of obtaining U.S. visas in the Consular Department of the U.S. Embassy in Kyev;
possibilities to travel to the USA to study there, or in the framework of exchange programs;
participation in the immigration visa lottery.
